We ship from Berlin with love. Within Germany the shipping costs are € 4,90. We also ship to Belgium, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), France (except overseas territories and departments), Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Poland, Czech Republic, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Cyprus for € 12,50. Our delivery areas are constantly expanding, if you live anywhere else feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we will find a way to take care of you individually.
We usually ship all orders within one working day, asking for your understanding should we need 2 or 3 days in exceptional cases.
We deliver with DHL, you will receive a tracking number as soon as we handed your package over to them. You will get the tracking number via Email and will also find it in your order history in your account if you’re registered.

We will answer with all the informations you need and a return label.
We provide a full refund for every returned item, we do not charge any handling or restocking fees. But we do have to ask for your understanding that we can not take care of the shipping costs for your return.
Please give us 2 or 3 working days to handle and process your returned item after receiving it at our warehouse. After having checked it, we will immediately initiate your refund using the same method of payment that you chose for the original payment. It depends on the provider when your refund will actually appear on your account or credit card.
